T.I. Confirms Yo Gotti Signed to Grand Hustle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's been a long time coming, but Memphis-breed rapper Yo Gotti has a new home with Grand Hustle Entertainment. Just two days ago, rapper and Grand Hustle CEO T.I announced Gotti's signing. Word on the streets is T.I. has his sights set on a number of other artists including: Jeremih and Kirko Bangz.

We are particularly excited about this one. Gotti has been in the game for more than 10 years. He came up alongside T.I. totally independent doing shows throughout the Southeast: Atlanta, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi and the Carolinas. His new deal will make him the household name he has worked so hard to earn. Salute

Paula Deen Fired from Food Network

Celebrity chef Paula Deen has been fired from the Food Network after she admitted using racial slurs in a videotaped deposition.

Earlier today, Deen released a videotaped apology and pleaded for forgiveness from her fans on que. It's not surprising the staged video was removed from website and replaced with an even more pathetic production.

In the 2nd video, Deen comes across as lucid and seemingly relaxed in the comfort of a dressing room. 

“I want people to understand that my family and I are not the kind of people that the press is wanting to say we are. I’ ve spent the best of 24 years to help myself and others,” she says.

“Your color of your skin, your religion, your sexual preference does not matter…to me, but it’s what in the heart…what’s in the heart…and…my family and I try to live by that.”

“…I hope that you forgive me because this comes from the deepest part of my heart and I will continue to work and continue to do good things for good people. Thank you for listening.”

Earlier this morning, before she was fired, Deen did not waist any time posting the video, which included a lone Black cast member hanging with her and her staff on the set of her popular cooking show.  

Paula, you blew it big time. Your remarks come as a huge disappointment. Just because you dabble in preparing coveted soul food delicacies does not give you the right to fire off racial slurs disparaging the Black Community. 

Night Stalker, Richard Ramirez Dies at 53

The Night Stalker, Richard Ramirez is dead at 53. He is infamously known for a string of heinous crimes he committed in Los Angeles during the 80s

Ramirez was convicted and sentenced to death in 1989, after having killed at least 13 people and sexually assaulted 11 people through a series of home invasions. He sat on San Quentin's death row ever since, although his death sentence was not carried out due to a number of appeals. 

According to a San Quentin spokesperson, Ramirez died of natural causes. However, TMZ reports a San Quentin prison official said he died from Hepatitis C.
 

Fantasia and Kelly Rowland Film 'Without Me' Video

Fantasia and Kelly Rowland were definitely working it as they filmed the music video for “Without Me" the latest single from Fantasia's fourth studio album "Side Effects of You."  The track features the two ladies alongside Missy Elliott.  It is the ultimate dis record for a woman scorned by her ex. Earlier this year Fantasia said she recorded the song after having a heated argument with a guy over the phone. When asked what exactly he did to influence the track, she said:

"Exactly what I said in the song. You stuntin’! Everything you doing, I put you on to that! So, you stuntin’, where would you be without me? Go ahead and get your shine time now, but it’s going to die soon because there is no talent. You are just stuntin’ because of me."

We are definitely diggin the song and these ladies are killing those cat suits. 

Tamar & Vince Welcome Bay Boy

Tamar Braxton and music executive husband Vince Herbert welcomed a son on Thursday.  The excited new mommy announced the news via Twitter during the "Braxton Family Values" season finale alongside photos from her hospital room with flowers and a blue teddy bear.

Her family shared her excitement. Older sister singer Toni Braxton tweeted "Congratulations to my beautiful baby sister!!! I have a new nephew!!!!!! Hehe!!! I'm soooooooo excited!!!! @TamarBraxtonHer!!!!"

Mother Evelyn Braxton tweeted "I am so blessed to have another grandbaby Look at GOD!"

Kim Zolciak pregnant with her fifth child

Kim Zolciak-Biermann, 35 of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" is expecting her fifth child just nine months after giving birth, according to InTouch Weekly. The magazine got the first pics of Zolciak-Biermann in a bikini with an apparent baby bump.

“Kim and Kroy are so excited to be pregnant again,” a close friend to the couple told the magazine. “She’s been trying to keep it quiet — she didn’t realize she’s showing as much as she is.”

Zolciak-Biermann and her husband Kroy Biermann, 27, have two sons together; Kroy Jagger Biermann Jr. and Kash Kade Biermann. Kim has two daughters, Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 11. from previous relationships.

Well its official. Kim is "having more babies than Lauryn" Hill and Erykah Badu. But anyway, Congrats!

Bollywood Actress Jiah Khan Dead at 25

Bollywood actress Jiah Khan was found dead at her apartment in Mumbai late Monday. She was 25.

According to statements from the police, Khan's mother found her hanging in her apartment. Although police said no suicide note was found they are questioning neighbors for possible details.

Khan, whose real name was Nafisa Khan, was born in New York and grew up in London before moving to Mumbai.

She made her career debut in the Mumbai's film industry in the 2007 Hindi film "Nishabd," in which she portrayed a teenager in love with her best friend's father, played by Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan.

Khan performed with other top Bollywood stars including Aamir Khan and Akshay Kumar. She last appeared in the 2010 comedy "Housefull," in which she played a supporting role.

Sherri Shepherd and Hubby Expecting Baby Girl

Congrats to Sherri, 46, and her 59-year-old husband, Lamar Salley. The two, through artificial insemination will be having a baby girl.  The couple decided to forego the expense and risks involved with a natural pregnancy at her age. 

Love & Hip Hop Atlanta

Last night's episode of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta has got us wondering  'who put the battery in MiMi's Faust's back?' She has been particularly combative and quick to confront her on-screen friends K.Michelle and Ariane for seeing through her made-for-tv relationship with Nikko.  While we hope its true she's truly moved on from Stevie J. after years of lone suffering, there's clearly something fishy about her relationship and her new beau. 

Could it be MiMi was forewarned by the show's executive producer, Mona Scott to spice things or else possibly be cut? We don't know, but we just can't buy into the powder puff girl version of MiMi. MiMi good luck with that.

MTV SHOW CATFISH RETURNS FOR SEASON TWO

So if you are like us, you probably laughed your ass off in disbelief at some of the love struck souls on this show, as they learned that they have been duped by phony personalities they met online. In fact, just for giggles, we challenge you to do a you tube search for season one episodes. Nothing short of amusing! So we are happy to learn that the Season Two Premiere will air Tuesday June 25 at 10pm EST. 

There have been rumors that the show is fake and largely scripted and that the show’s 2 hosts, Nev and Max are supposedly lovers — which explains why the show focuses so heavily on gay relationships. But who cares? It's entertaining to say the least. 

Singer and Stunt Man Miguel may be Sued by Injured Fan

Recall that at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards Singer Miguel took a flying leap landing on the head of fan Khyati Shah. Well it may cost him. 

E! News reports Shah's lawyer, VIP Bhola said Shah is being examined by doctors and he isn’t sure when he will file the lawsuit. “We will determine that after we have feedback from medical providers,” he said.

Miguel our advice is to stick to singing and leave the stunts to the pros. We dig your music but these on-stage mishaps are getting out of hand.

Andre 3000's Mother Dead at 58

             

             We learned some disturbing news today. Artist Andre 3000's mother Sharon Benjamin-Hodo is dead according to a representative for Andre 3000. She was a young 58 years of age.

             While Billboard reports the time of her death to be unconfirmed, the date allegedly coincides with her son’s May 27th birthday.

             Benjamin-Hodo was the founder of an organization for underprivileged children which operated out of  her husband Pastor Robert Hodo’s  church New Morning Light Missionary Baptist Church in Conley, GA.

            Damn what a rotten way bring in your birthday. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Dre and his family during this difficult time.

Troubled Paris Jackson Considering Changing her last name to Rowe?

Sources report Paris Jackson (daughter of late Michael Jackson), 15, is spending a considerable amount with her biological mother, Debbie Rowe and rarely sees grandma Katherine Jackson. Recall Katherine, 82, has joint custody, with Michael’s nephew, TJ, of Paris and her 2 brothers, Prince Michael, 16, and Blanket, 11. Will she change her name? We don't know, we really don't care, but just thought we'd give you the tea.

Rowe and Michael were once married and she agreed to bear his children Paris and Prince Michael, although no one knows who Blanket's birth mother is. 

Michael and Rowe divorced and she  signed away her parental rights in exchange for an undisclosed amount of money. At the time, Rowe happily quit her job as a nurse and run her horse farm full time.

Actress Amanda Bynes Arraigned Today

Actress and socialite Amanda Bynes was arraigned today on charges of reckless endangerment, attempted tampering with evidence and marijuana possession.

"The defendant was observed rolling a marijuana cigarette and throwing a bong out of the 36th floor window .... when there were people below," prosecutor Chikaelo Ibeabuchi.

 A disheveled Bynes tried to convince the judge that the bong she allegedly threw out the window of her 36th-floor apartment was actually a vase.

The former star of Nickelodeon’s “All That,” will be back in Manhattan court July 9. To make matters worse, prosecutors in Burbank, Calif. could argue she is in violation of probation for driving on a suspended license near Burbank Airport last September.

Bynes looked a hot mess in court. Her platinum wig looked as though it has been rain damaged and run over in rush hour traffic. She rocked two pink fingernails on her left hand, gray sweatpants and a black sweatshirt. Her behavior was deemed nothing short of erratic.

At this rate, this Bynes chick is giving Lindsey Lohan a run for her money. We know it’s a numbers game, so we will just sit tight and see how this one plays out. Is it just us or does she look a little like Mac Miller?

Chief Keef Goes in On Katy Perry

So we learned Katy Perry is no different than alot of adults disgusted by rap lyrics advocating drunkeness and drug usage. She took to Twitter yesterday to share her views on Chief Keef's latest track, “Hate Being Sober.”   In the song, Keef raps about being anti-sober, drugging on molly and smoking.   “My b-tches love drinking, some love smoking, Let my alcoholic b-tch hit the dope, she start choking.”

After hearing the song, Katy posted:

"Just heard a new song on the radio called “I hate being sober” I now have serious doubt for the world."

Keep responded to her tweet immediately

Soon after Keef's response Katy Perry apologized:

"Mr. Keef! I’m sorry if I offended you. I heard a lot of people guesting on the song & didn’t even know it was you in particular. Actually I’m a fan of your “Don’t Like” video tbh. I was really just having a general opinion on our generations desire to be constantly intoxicated."

This is not the first time Keef has launched at other artist via Twitter. Last year, he threatened to smack Lupe like ‘the little b-tch that he is’ after Lupe Fiasco said on the radio:

"Chief Keef scares me. Not him specifically, but just the culture that he represents–specifically in Chicago…. The hoodlums, the gangsters, and the ones you see killing each other and the murder rate in Chicago is skyrocketing and you see who’s doing it and perpetrating it — they all look like Chief Keef."

The truth of the matter is everyone is not a fan of Keef, his music and what it represents. These emotional rants and threats are beginning to get a bit ridiculous.

Ray J Congratulates Kim K. on Pregnancy and Stops Dating Celebrity Chicks

Attention hungry singer Ray J. made an appearance on The Wendy Williams Show. Of course Wendy cut to chase and questioned him about the "I Hit It First Single," which Ray J. admits is all about Kim K. In the midst of the interview he did manage to congratulate Kim on her pregnancy.

When asked about is romantic relationship with d-list singer Teairra Mari, he said he is done dating celebrities. 

While Ray J. made himself look like a meat-head with the "I Hit It First" single, we must admit the black suit and tie is a definitely a good look. 

Jose Cansesco Accussed of Sexual Assault

Former baseball player Jose Canseco Jr. has been accused of sexual assault in Las Vegas. No arrest has been made and no charges have been filed. 

Canseco took to social media sharing details of the investigation and refuting claims of the assault. His postings included personal information about the claimant, including her name and employer. Some of this information was later removed, seemingly due to outrage by followers who were outraged by the posts.

Team spokesman Nathan Dwelle confirmed that Canseco was scheduled to play during the team's season home opener on Thursday.

"Right now, we're not commenting until we have all the facts," Dwelle said.

Canseco's spokeswoman, Susan Haber  said she had no details concerning the case.

Canseco hit 462  home runs in his career and was a six-time all-star while playing with the Athletics, Texas Rangers, Boston Red Sox, Toronto Blue Jays, Tampa Bay Devil Rays, New York Yankees and Chicago White Sox.

Toya and MempHitz Search for Network for their Reality Show

Antonia “Toya” Wright and husband Mickey “MempHitz” Wright have been shopping their reality TV show unsuccessfully for more than a year.

The show entitled “Mickey and Toya: The Wright Way” has been pitched to major networks in the likes of BET, MTV, FUSE and OXYGEN. With hopes of sealing a deal, MempHitz has been working hard to improve his image. Recall a few years back he was arrested at Atlanta's Hartsfield International Airport for having a gun in his possession while going through airport security. 

TV networks seem reluctant to pick up the show for fear of poor ratings. After all, Toya’s last reality show was cancelled due to poor TV ratings. 

We'll admit it we like this couple, but we are not sure their story line would keep us watching. We don't need another reality show to tank like the last season of....... errrr ummmm we wont say. Well, we'll give you a hint, it has an all EastCoast cast including a rapper struggling with addiction and hoping to revive his lack luster career. We say no to boring reality TV shows.

Lil Wayne Signs Paris Hilton to Record Deal

Lil Wayne revealed he signed Paris Hilton to a record deal and she anticipates releasing an album in the near future.

Confirmation later came from Birdman via Twitter stating "Lil Wayne's Cash Money family has a new member! Paris Hilton: RichgangRichgirl."

According to Showbiz411, Hilton's album will focus on house music, will be produced by Afrojack  and will feature artist such as Lil Wayne.

Mary J. Blige Hit With $3.4 Million IRS Tax Lien

The Queen of Hip Hop and R&B Soul has been hit with a $3.4 million dollar federal tax lien, according to court records.  This comes after years of delinquent federal income taxes from 2009-2011 according to the IRS. 



According to New York daily news, Blige owes the state of New Jersey $900,000 in back taxes.

Blige has put her Saddler River mansion up for sale for $13.9 million dollars. 



Blige is in trouble with the banks, as well. She was sued recently by the Bank of America in New York State Supreme Court for taking out a  $500,000 loan and only partially paying it back. They’re suing her for the unpaid principal plus interest owed around  $514,000.



Blige and her husband Martin Isaacs were also sued in November 2012 by Signature Bank for defaulting on a $2.2 million loan.

The nine-time Grammy winner came under fire last year for allowing her Foundation for the Advancement of Women Now to fall into financial disarray. The charity, which helps send girls to college, was slapped with a lawsuit for failing to pay back a bank loan in 2011. The foundation has since been reorganized, with priority given to catching up on arrears, Blige has said.

“Mary has been and is continuing to work with her new team to resolve all these issues as quickly as possible,” a member of her public relations staff said in a statement.



Okay Mary, the last we checked folks are getting fed time for failing to pay these taxes. Take it from Ronald Isley, Wesley Snipes and Lauren Hill. We have one question for you though Mary.

Twilighlight Actors Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart are Splitsville

It' as official as a whistle. It's over. Actor Robert Pattinson was photographed  leaving his longtime girlfriend Kristen Stewart's Los Angeles home with a pickup truck full of his belongings in suitcases and get this--gargage bags. His two dogs rode shot gun and he is riddled with a look of disappointment with his failed relationship. The packed bags, along with the grunge look are a dead giveaway. Not to mention the fact that the two were apart as he celebrated his 27th Birthday last week. 



These two just couldn't make it right after Stewart's affair last summer with Snow White & Huntsman Director Rupert Sanders. But we can say they definitely gave it a try. 

Chris Brown and Karrueche In Car Accident

Chris Brown was involved  in a minor car accident on Tuesday afternoon  in Los Angeles. The 24-year-old singer and his on-again, off-again girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, 25, were in Brown’s Range Rover when he rear-ended another driver’s black Mercedes sedan.

There were no reported injuries, and authorities were not summoned to the scene. However, the paparazzi were conveniently on the spot to photograph the incident.

Brown and the other driver reportedly did exchange information before departing.

​LisaRaye will Star Alongside Boyfriend Bishop Noel Jones In 'Pastors of LA' Reality Show

LisaRaye McCoy will give reality t.v. another go around this Fall. McCoy, who is dating Bishop Noel Jones, head of City of Refuge Church will star in "Pastors of L.A., an Oxygen Media production.  According to entertainment journalist Jawn Murray, the show will feature McCoy and Jones' relationship. 



“He basically told her [LisaRaye] that he wasn’t sure she was ‘godly enough’ for his world, and she in turn told him he may not be ‘worldly enough’ for hers,” a source told Murray about a scene where Jones critiques McCoy’s church outfits.



The show's cast includes five other pastors of Southern California mega churches including: Bishop Clarence McClendon, Pastor Wayne Chaney, Bishop Ron Gibson, Pastor Jay Haizlip and Deitrick Haddon. 



Here's a fun fact. Jones is the biological brother to famed actress Grace Jones. We concur, we definitely see the resemblance. We wish LisaRaye the best with this one. Let's see how it all plays out.
